Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026.
These are the terms for using getexernality.cc and the Exernality desktop app. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, do not sign in and do not install the app.
What Exernality is
A script execution tool for Windows, plus this site, which holds your account and the access time on it. It is sold and supported by one person through the Discord server, not by a company, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Roblox Corporation in any way.
Your account
An account is your Discord account signed in here, and it is meant for one person: you. You are responsible for what happens under it, so do not share it, sell it or hand your session to anyone. Tell us on Discord if you think someone else is using it, and sign out everywhere from your account page.
Access time
Access is time on an account, not a licence file: a key adds days, free routes add hours, and lifetime access is exactly that. Time is credited to the account that redeemed it and cannot be moved to another account, split or cashed out, and nothing renews by itself. When the time runs out the app stops working until you add more.
Free keys
The free route exists because the ad link pays for the service. Using more than one account to claim it, faking completions, replaying tokens or automating the link is not using the free route, it is taking the service for nothing, and it ends in a ban.
Paying and refunds
Keys are sold through the Discord server and delivered there, usually within minutes. Ask before you buy if you are unsure the tool will work on your machine, because a key that has already been redeemed cannot be refunded. An unredeemed key, or a purchase that went wrong, is handled case by case on Discord, and this does not take away any refund right the law in your country gives you.
What will get you banned
- Reselling, renting or giving away keys, access or accounts, unless you are listed as an official reseller.
- Working around the free-key flow with extra accounts, scripts or forged completions.
- Reversing, repacking or redistributing the app or its files.
- Attacking the site or the API: scraping it, hammering it, or trying to reach another account's data.
- Charging back a payment instead of asking about it.
- Using the tool to harm other people, rather than to run your own scripts.
A ban ends every session on the account at once and forfeits the time left on it. If you think a ban was wrong, say so on Discord.
Other people's platforms
The tool runs against software we do not own or control. Using it is very likely to breach the rules of the platform you point it at, and that platform may moderate, suspend or permanently ban whatever account you used. That risk is entirely yours. We promise no compatibility with any particular version of anything, and an update on their side can break the tool with no warning, for a while or for good.
Sold as it is
Exernality is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind: not that it will work, not that it will keep working, not that it will be undetectable. Downtime happens, and so do bugs. To the fullest extent the law allows, the liability of the owner for anything arising out of the tool or this site is limited to what you paid in the three months before it happened, and never covers lost accounts, lost items or lost time. Nothing here tries to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Age
You must be at least 13 to have an account, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to agree for you.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: sign out, uninstall, or ask on Discord to have the account deleted. Access that is deleted or given up is not refunded. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we can stop offering the tool altogether, in which case paid time that has not been used will be dealt with fairly on Discord.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and using the tool after that is how you accept the new version.
